Are my payment details/data secure?
We use industry benchmark security measures to protect your payment details when purchasing through our website. Earthmoving Unlimited will never sell or misuse your personal data.
Can I change or cancel my order?
In the event the customer elects to return goods or cancel goods on order, Earthmoving Unlimited at its absolute discretion reserves the right to charge a 20% handling fee on the amount involved. No return of goods will be accepted without prior approval from Earthmoving Unlimited in writing, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible with any return enquiries or changes to your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping prices are calculated on the basis of weight, meaning the delivery cost will vary depending on the items purchased. The relevant shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed prior to checkout.
Do you ship interstate?
Yes, for interstate delivery addresses please choose the ‘interstate shipping’ method. Please make sure to include your contact details when checking out, so we can call or email you to arrange shipping. Delivery costs will vary depending on your location and weight of purchase. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us to organise your own freight if you have a preferred interstate freight supplier.
How can I track my order?
For updates on your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via text message. Your freight or shipping provider may also provide tracking updates on the progress of your delivery once it’s en route to your address.
How long until I get my delivery?
Your order will be dispatched 3 to 4 hours from time of order (when placed during business hours). Delivery times will vary depending on your location and choice of shipping method. For any order tracking enquiries, contact us at email@example.com or via text message.
What are your shipping options?
We offer four different shipping options, catering to customers across WA and other Australian states. 1. Local Pickup – other Perth region businesses may prefer to pick up from our warehouse in Port Kennedy, WA. 2. Organise own freight – if you have a preferred supplier, you can elect to arrange your own freight for purchased items. Please provide your contact details when checking out to ensure we can coordinate the collection of your order. 3. Weight Based Shipping – for delivery addresses within Western Australia we offer shipping based on the weight of items purchased. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated prior to checkout. 4. Interstate Shipping – for customers in other Australian states and territories. Please ensure you provide contact details when placing your order in order to arrange interstate delivery.
What is your return policy?
Earthmoving Unlimited has a 30-day return policy. Returns will incur a 20% handling fee and return freight must be paid by the customer. For any return or warranty enquiries, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss resolution. No return of goods will be accepted without prior written approval from Earthmoving Unlimited, so it’s vital to contact us in case of any concerns.
